Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped via USPS Ground Advantage (estimated 3–5 business days). You’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

We do not offer refunds, but if something arrives damaged or not as expected, please email stillandknown.jewelry@gmail.com within 7 days. We’ll work with you on an exchange or store credit.
