1. Protecting Your Privacy
Your trust means everything to us. Any personal information shared with Still & Known — such as your name, address, or payment details — is used solely to process and deliver your order. We will never sell, share, or distribute your information for any reason.
2. Processing & Shipping Times
Every order is packaged thoughtfully and shipped from our studio in Michigan.
Processing typically takes 1–3 business days (this does not include shipping time).
We ship most orders through USPS Ground Advantage, which generally delivers within 3–5 business days within the U.S. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that holiday or weather delays may impact delivery times.
3. Refunds & Exchanges
Because of the handmade and limited nature of our items, we do not process refunds.
If your order arrives damaged or you experience an issue, please reach out to us at stillandknown.jewelry@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We’d be happy to discuss options such as store credit or an exchange, depending on availability.
