The name Still & Known comes from one of the verses that has carried me through so many seasons of life — “Be still, and know that I am God.” (Psalm 46:10)

For as long as I can remember, I’ve struggled with anxiety. Even as a lifelong believer, quieting my heart and trusting God fully has never come easily. But time and time again, He’s met me in the stillness — reminding me that peace isn’t found in control, but in surrender.

Creating has always been one of the ways I return to that peace. When my hands are shaping, stringing, or restoring something beautiful, my mind slows. My soul settles. It’s in those quiet, creative moments that I feel most connected to God — reminded that I am seen, loved, and deeply known.
